What will come in my box?

Every box is valued at least $40.00. We work with many of the artisans we feature, so we are able to bring the best items to you at a very good price. Each box includes:

  • 2-4 unique fair-trade items – varies each month
  • a product card with information about each of your fair-trade items and the artisans who made them
  • a gift tag in case you love an item so much you want to give it away

When will my Empower box arrive?

Our boxes are shipped on the 15th of each month. Place your order by the 10th of the month and we will ship your first package the same month. If you sign up after the 10th, your first package will be shipped the month thereafter.

When does the renewal go out of my account?

Your renewal happens automatically from the date you sign up when that time period comes to an end. Please note, you can cancel at any time. (And if the items you receive aren’t your style? No worries! Every bag comes with a gift tag for you to share them with a friend!)

What If I Receive Something Damaged?

While our products are quality-checked, sometimes these things happen. Please email us within 30 days of receiving your package and we will work hard to get you a replacement or exchange it for a similar item.  You may check out our policies here. We may request photos or for you to return the damaged item back to us so we can inspect it and communicate any quality issues with the artisan group.

Can I refund or swap my items?

Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept swaps or refunds on subscription box items. This is further detailed in our return policies on our website.

 What if my box doesn’t arrive?

How do I cancel?

Your subscription with your artisan forms a valuable relationship of support and directly impacts their vocational training and future sustainability. Therefore, we believe that it’s important for you continue wherever possible. However, we also understand that from time to time you may experience difficulty (financial or otherwise) in being able to continue your subscription

If you need to cancel your subscription, please email and we will help you. We may also be able to offer some varying options so you can continue to support your Artisan as an alternative.
